Reserve for RVF is 2 litre.. so total is 17 litre. For cbr also 15 litre but for reserve i not sure

Fuel consumption different ma, mileage also different, one is V4 engine and one is inline 4.. How to compare....

I just got my bike about 2months ago going to 3months...

 

5.7k all including 2 yrs of interest, 10yrs coe and a newly renewed road tax...

 

Plus new very normal paintwork...

hmmm, ur description for checking rectifier doesn't sound right leh... i thought that's an indication that your battery is not charging well? (i dunno wor...) but anyway, the most accurate would be using a volt-meter across the battery terminal and see the voltage change when u rev the bike above 5k rpm. thats what i do. =)

when im comparing RM30 to RM25 bucks,im comparing to tank capacity lei.how much petrol can top up when "just hit reserve".nothing to do with V 4 and in line...basically tank size

just a note, i don't know about yours or the rest of the bikes, but for some which i've encounter, u cannnot start the engine if your bike headlight switch is on. u must switch off the headlight then can start the engine. and i mean headlight, not pole light.

 

ur case, could be battery? is ur battery new? if so, what about ur coil? in the electrical system, its always the rect, batt and coil combination that causes problems... for me, i'll think of changing the coil only last... cos it costs 280... other than that, next would be....

 

or wiring, since u have to "play" around with the cut-off switch, which is weird...

but i learn a lot from all these..because only when u repair,then u got a chance to learn.bits and pieces do help u understand your bike better!

Btw alpha i dun know whether my styles of doing is right or wrong. If wan to test for batt, press ur horn, if it sound weaker, then most porperly then batt going flat soon or maybe horn spoil. Two possibility.

 

Cos if happen you dun have a the volt meter then it hard for you to test your rectifier and batt
