Hey Guys> i was wondering if any of you guys thought of installing Side Panniers onto your blades. Dont you guys think riding without a box is extremely troublesome ?

Side panniers are way better looking den a top box mounted on a blade thus I would also like to know if it is even possible to install the side rack onto the bike.

Or is there a universal rack around ? I know that side rack are extremely expensive compared to top boxes

Need some advice.....

My front brakes produce squeaking sounds... Sometimes have, sometimes dun have... And when the sound is there, its harder to push the bike..

Had the same problem with my rear brakes, but was due to spoilt brake disc... Howevere, front brake discs dun seem to be spoilt.

Anyone keen to share their knowledge....

!Cheers!

there is many factors causing this problem..

u may want to check--> 1. is the brake pad new? 2. wheel bearing? 3. brake piston? 4. disc brake? 5. rim??

Side Bags have lar. But it would'nt be gd as it doesnt provide ample protection to both your items inside your box and you cannot put ur helmet !! Lugging a FF helmet around is $#!^#$%!.

chong Aik does carry some bags but they cost arnd 100+ to 200+. I'm more of looking for panniers that are not too protruding those similar on CBR1100XX.

Side bag makers are usually like Arai, RJAY, GPR etc.

Side racks have many prices a hepko and Becker rack plus box can cost up to 600+.

My colleague who rides a BMW GS1200, his 1 BMW OE box cost 400+ haha incredulous rite ? haha btw his bike cost 40k.

rjays zipper hav lock wif keys to avoid sudden opening up of the bags..

yeah its still functioning. If its stop functioning, my fan wouldnt on at all even though it sense that the temp is high.

Think its haywire or gonna spoil soon tats why reach 3/4 temp then on fan.

Thermostat for cooling system and temperature sensor for turning the fan on are two different sensors.

If thermostat is stuck closed the bike will overheat very quickly. If thermostat is stuck open then the bike will take a little longer to warm up in the morning but otherwise should work normally as such a hot climate here anyway.

If the temp sensor that triggers the fan is shorting out or faulty then the fan will behave erratically.

So, in my case... which is which?

Bike got warm up quite easy. maybe bout 6mins, the needle will be ard the temp gauge red rectangle before the red arc line.

Bike easy to cool down too. When the bike gets too hot, i off it for like, 1min, the temp will drop 30%-50%.

Travel on high way under the hot sun in the afternoon @ speed of 90~100km/h temp needle is @ mid or rather SOMETIMES slightly more than mid.

Fan on only when needle hit 3/4.

Thanks alot.
