hiya, nothing much la, its just that our bikes will be identical , nearly same paint work

Meruu, read past post dat ur bike has 1st and 2nd gear throttle not smooth when moving off.. mine also i think.. wat did u do to solve it?

 

I will b gog to KnT to do servicin and some tips abt potential problems wil help

 

isit wash carb? Any1 know how much to replace a brand new Carb?

 

yea, my problem is off and on, checked with bikeworks, they told me its the spark plug (or the cap/cable) that let cause a leak in electricity, then it hit the metal parts (like block, carb bla bla) then cause the loss in power then i throttle, thus causing my moving off to be not smooth. was adviced to change the cap/cables but each cost 30+, gotta change all. low on cash so hold on first. lol. aniwae the problem just comes and goes. usually very bad after a rainy day, past 2 days nv rain, my bike never gimme any problems.

I did change the oil filter too. next time on ward i am going to do it my self,cos its very easy, i just wanted see how he does, to make sure what i will be doing is right. may be we can plan to buy the 4t in cartons, to see if we can save some dollers....

Hi bro you top up only 3L? If you riding R model, Engine oil change wih oil filter is 3.2L L model with oil filter change is 3.4L. Over the period the oil level will decrease. If you add only 3 litre your bike will eventually be running below 3L along the way... Its best to check the dipstick level make sure its between upper and lower mark. Esp after oil change.

 

did check the dip stick bro...never went below 'low' before..always in middle..usually check once every fortnight... my fren was the one that told me bout this..didnt know till i tried it once...the level was fine so i continued with it..:)hmmmm maybe i should start using 3.4L then before any problems arise...thanks for the tip bro..
