Need help regarding Honda SP

got a question to ask u guys. i am riding a SP.

 

Today when i rode my bike to work, all the lights are ok... Even when i did not start my bike, the neutral light was on and i was able to on the headlights without starting my bike..

 

This evening after i went to the gym, i went to start my bike. when i insert the key in, the neutral light was not on. not even the headlight or any lighting. The lights was on only when i start the bike. When i left the bike to idle or switch on the headlight, the bike just die off.. The signal lights also blink faster than usual.

 

The more i open the throttle, the dimer the light become. i just changed the battery few weeks back and i do not know what exactly is happening to my bike.

mayb ur rectifier is spoilt bro.. e rectifier is wad helps to charge up ur batt... so if ur rectifier spoilt then ur batt will not be able to be charged... hope u got some extra $$$ cos rectifier for Sp nt too cheap i tink

i second that. if you changed ur batt recently then it shd not be the problem. most probably rectifier.

 

bring to shop change and it'll be running fine again.

hohoho ... I dunno whether sp hav voltmeter ... if u hav it be much easier to detect ..

sp doesnt have voltmeter.

 

it's a third party add-on.

yesterday the lights is very dim... but when i start bike today, the lights is strong for around 5mins and back to dim again... is it possible that the coil is spoil? hopefully is not rectifier spoil...

bring to shop check. but go to a trustable shop.

if nt ur gonna change ur batt again and again if problem nt solve.

sp rectifier is not ex.. only below 50 at aboy..

dun get chop by shop selling 2 times the price

oh ok thx a lot.... is it very easy to fix? how about the price of the coil?

i had this problem about 2weeks ago..thought could be my battery or rectifier problem. but when i brought to workshop realised my fuse melted thats alll...change for 5 bucks! =D so rmb to check ur fuse!
