where to appeal for such offence

This morning was raining heavily. I rode my bike to the 7-11 and stopped at the area with slope beside the handicapped lot with the front wheel protruding out onto part of the handicapped lot. It took me less than 30 sec to purchase parking coupon and return back to the bike. I found this man with a big black camera snapping away at my bike.

 

 

What are the chances of type of my offence?

 

Is the camera guy from town council?

 

Where can I appeal?

 

I hope it is not the $400 written on the sign.

ok chances are, he might put it up on STOMP and then town council see it, they might take action. most likely if u kenna the summon it would be the $400. but id u kenna u can appeal at the town council. got twice i park near the rubbish chute and fine $100. 1st time i appeal they waive it off. 2nd time they lower it to $60. you just want to wait and see.

Probably some guy who's too free and taking pictures for STOMP.

 

If not he would have issued you a ticket on the spot. Its just a parking offence.

Don't worry bro.. Definitely will waive.. Juz tell the authorities concerned it was raining heavily and you need to get parking coupons urgently to park at any location u were intending to.. Like wat you've said,, its only a less than 30s affair and you weren't parking at the handicap lot.. It will turn out fine...

haha my bike already came on STOMP. hope your bike dosent come out. but they wont show the plate number.

When u purchase the coupon, make sure to keep the receipt to present the proof. Just appeal and waive. Dun worry be happy!
