Regarding driving licence

Suspension means a few months to probably expires your driving licence.

 

Revoke means immediate cancellation of your driving licence.

 

Disqulify means unfit; incapacitate more than months of your driving licence.

 

Both events means that the offender has to retake the driving licence, if the suspension is more then 12 months, or that revoke comes with a time limit that a person cannot apply to take his driving licence for a few years at least.

 

1) What is a person disqualify 12 month or less than 12 month ? Will he get his licence.

 

2) Do the person have experience on the road.( If his licence disqualify after 10 over years). Will it be new experience? To buy insurance.

A person disqualify 12 months, have to retake his lessons.

 

Less then 12 months, can get back his licence. Not the physical thingy, just cyberspace thingy.
