Shop give wrong items and refuse to change

i think i know which shop is he refering to already. anyway, with your receipt stating item a and you are given item b, you might have a case.

your worry will be that you are supposed to check your item after purchase, this would be their defense.

 

Did check. But is that, no one would know how the actual product looks like. Nothing was shown. So can only check for cracks or whatever. He only show catalog. But images may varies. That shop cannot be trusted. I trusted him, and this is what i get. CHEATED!

street legal is 70% visibility, the visor u bought was 11%, thats a hell lot of difference. when u collect the visor... can't u tell the difference and doubt it was the wrong one?

I never buy tinted visor before. And it looks clear from the inside to me.
