Need help/advice

Today, I received a letter of traffic offence notice from TP, for pavement parking. However, I checked the date and time of offence and I know it's not me committing the offence. At the time of offence, my bike should be at the bikeshop servicing and I am at work. The place of offence and bikeshop is quite near, so i suspect the mechanics most probably go buy makan with my bike.

 

I will try go get the receipt from bikeshop and appeal, but i'm in a dilemma. I dont really know what to write and i wasnt sure if bikeshop will issue me the receipt now for the servicing done 1.5week ago. I also weighing the option to cook up a story like kena summon while awaiting for broken down bike towed away. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
