Pipe Inspection

Hey guys.. Im Kinda new to this bike.. I actually bought a 2nd leo vince pipe with cert... The cert already have chop on it and have the last owner details at the back... Do i need to go inspection ? And what do i need to bring ? can i go inspection at any vicom center ? Help Plss...

if the pipe is from another bike, den u must go inspection. . . if the pipe comes with the bike, no nid. . .

if its transfered from bike to bike,

must have transfer papers and go for inspection i think

transfer letter can be bought at scooter shops eg taihin, sunrise and machspeed.if im not mistaken it costs $50 per letter.
