Noob Needs Help Bout Maxi Scooter. Knowledgable One Please Come In.

YAMAHA MAJESTY PRO

 

Hello. I'm a Serious big time noob about maxi scooter.

I'm 21 and have class 2A license for over 2 year now.

Have been riding Sport bike since.

 

Can any body tell me what is the difference between YAMAHA MAJESTY 250 compare with YAMAHA MAJESTY 400 ?

 

Really could use some help here ! I don't want to buy already regret and complain to my mates.

 

From what i know and through all the searches i done online, i know that

-400cc has a bigger torque so will be able to go from 0km/h - 100km/h faster

-400cc bigger fuel capacity, 13L compare to 10L

-400cc higher insurance price and road tax

 

 

Some of the question which i cant find online is that (CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG)

-If 250 is lighter, should be able to compensate and be on par with 400cc?

-Anyone has a image of the front body plate for the 400cc ? can show me ?

-Is there any body kit for the 400cc model ? can show me ?

-How many piston are there on either model ?

-How many spark plug as well ?

-Is it 16 gallons of space as well for the underseat of the 250model ?

-Is the 400cc one be able to install separate headlight lamp that is some distance apart rather than the stock one on the 400cc.

-Is there kick start on any of the majesty model ? or push start is the only way if the electric starter fail ?

-How many coolant (bottle?/holder?) are there on the bike ?

 

-The most impt qns, is there a shop in sg that do the body kit + metal handle bar + wrapping the seat into sofa-like material

handle bar, body kit get from online ?

i know kallang estate there got quite a number of pro scooter work shop.

 

I think these are the question i can think of now.

 

Please don't be so mean and ask me to use the search function ! i've tried for the whole evening 6pm till 10pm and i cant find the answer i want . =(

umm bro if u talking abt majesty mods and parts, u can go to daredreamer.sg or u can pop by the shop at changi rd opp spc petrol kiosk.there u can find lotsa mods for majesty tmax n such.go check out d green t-max as well.

No... horsepower of 400 is stronger.....

dont have. u can look for auto machinery at rowell road to see if they have.

Extremely rare. i only remember face mask for 400 and some other small accessories. 250 got plentiful.

Not sure if it's 16 but i can put 2 helmet 2 set of raincoat and some small items in easily.

don't think they have it. if 250 more possible cos japan play it like a toy.

fail to start can only call tow truck or jump start.

daredreamer does it.kallang side not so pro in terms of majesty mod.

Anyway, in 250 there is few version. the latest one is premium sports totally differ other the previous ones but also most chio.

I'm not implying I'm gonna follow or copy everything exactly from you. I believe every single bike has their own "owner's touch" to it and there will be no similar bike but only identical ones. And i don't mean that your bike is not nice. In fact i find it very gorgeous looking ya ! So don't worry ya.

if i not wrong 08/09 model is known as premium sport which not many people play in singapore and fact that japan side only came up with a "mini" mask to replace the wind shield.

 

If i remember correctly, 00-07 models share similar stuff other than short wind shield,naked handle bar and rpm meter....
