Need help due to owner accident

Hi guys can anyone give me some advise on some transfer of ownership due to owner accident ??

 

The situation is that i'm currently taking over a Super4 but i'm not the owner and i'm paying for the installment until its fully paid then transfer name.

 

But due some reason now, i have to transfer the bike ownership to my name and carry on the installment under me, but current the owner is at the hospital under ICU and could not be able to sign the transfer.

 

I wonder if his parent could be the rep to sign the paper ??

 

Anyone ??? Thks for ur Advice !!

As long as current owner is still alive. U will have to wait for his signatures... Transfer bike ownership? Thru where? LTA? or bike shop?? If it still has outstanding loan with shop, u cant go transfer at LTA ...
