you need to produce a income proof for the bike shop finance for approval

 

you need to buy a insurance from the bike shop(agent of the insurance company)because it is under finance

 

you need to pay a upfront of 2-3 mth installment.

call the bike shop or better still go down and ask them to put in black and white the so call admin charges. No chance for them to charge higher if u really transfer.

go to a lawyer draw up a agreement letter. add buyer as sub rider. let him COI...

but be warned: buyer sometimes default on payment and fines
