no lah, i don't work there, i went to changi to look for motorcycles so i remember i have seen it somewhere, just can't remember whether is AS phoon or Heng. I feel sorry for your 1000 deposit, sigh.

Just realise that they actually advertise here in the SBF that says something about money back guarantee. Maybe you will like to ask them how their money back guarantee policy works? Perhaps, this will help you retrieve your $1000 deposit based on their money back guarantee advertisement. Hope this helps.

ts might want to get back the bike rather than waste the 1k.

 

from legally point of view, the shop has no wrong in provding a 2nd-hand 'poor' condition bike unless is stated black & white.

 

from business-wise point of view, bike shop should at least fixed some of the basic items out-of-goodwill.

 

not to forget, in business, it takes 'time to win' a customer and 'second to lose it' and more if reputation really bad. unless the shop monopolised and in a special field...

 

just my 2 cents...
