Difficult to change gears!!

Bros, i have a prob wif my spark135. its a 1st hand bike , bought it way back in dec'08. Sometimes when i change gears, its HARD to press down on the gear or shifting up the gears, there is this resistance which i dun haf in the past. I tot it was the chain so i got it changed but the prob still persists!....Is there anything wrong wif my engine, the gears etc??? i'm still quite noob so i appreciate help from u guys the experts... Btw, i just changed my eo as well. the current mileage of the bike is 16300km.... thx inadvance!!!

Check the clutch cable. Too much free play i think.
