blue screen during Dota

im having this blue screen problem when im playing Dota. happens 3 times out of 10. this ONLY happen when im playing dota. it will blue screen for a sec and auto restart.

im only on 3gb ram and plenty of hard disk space.

any bro can give me some advise?
