i will give my vote to Forte over this koup.

Basicly u get the same engine, 2 doors more, much cheaper insurance, 10k lesser for forte.

Add-ons pricing for the koup is totally ripping..

Handling:

Using old school suspension system as verified by MS, where he kept bending over lifting his jackfruit high up at the showroom. Wide turning radius despite of the lenght and width and electronics steering is not the type for me personally. i prefer hydraulics steering where i can get back more steering feedback.

Interior & Exterior

Build in HU with ipod, USB port. Some cheap plastics can be found on inside and the red and black leather seats which require to add $300. Rims are standard with only 1 design and cannot change. Rear passenger seat has a higher height for passenger to rest as compared to other makes of coupe but leg space still remains unchanged for all.

Engine

1.6l DOHC with 124hp on crank @ 6300rpm, well when we tested, it took more than 10 secs to reach 80km and MS still can ask me "why i didn't floor" when the pedals already reached the firewall. Well even a mpv can move faster than that when i floor.

Overall, i dun find it fitting into the coupe section. And the additional amount you need to pay for the koup over forte is totally just too over. This coupe will not give you the feel of the real coupe IMO... so for ppl who always wanted to get one, my adivse is save up abit more and get a decent one if you wan to have the feel of the real coupe performance and handling. Otherwise the forte will do good enough.

Do you mean my manhood? If it is, I am offended. I thought it is atomic bomb.

Haha.. I was thinking what happened to you. Why didn't you floor the @#$% accelerator. Were you trying to save $$$ on petrol for C&C?

i dont know if Tuscani would be a better buy, but Tuscani's much better looking.

Well, in terms of looks, this Ford lookalike is just comme ce comme ca (so-so). Tuscani is also another so-so but for price's worth and power and misc. Tuscani should be able to better this if the price is right :thumb:

I think if my budget was $60 - $65k, Golf GTI will be high on the list but i guess I'd buy a secondhand RX8..

I was considering the Rx8 too because its soooo sexy but then of its maintenance and etc.. :nono:

College kids would prefer Swift sports or Honda Jazz for sure.. Haha.. If they drive this their friends will sure ask " your father not using the car today?".. I think this is more for family man who want a car that look a little sporty yet it's soft and comfy for the kids to sit in.. I think it'll look better with the stock Forte 17inch wheels..

lol Jazz ain't bad for transport, the front is very scary for accident if it hits something.. SS is one car I want to try and give a review since its so "POP" with many being value for money car in track and on streets..

The SS's rear seats is cramped though for me :(

I tried too, the needle moved like it was on Windows 95 Loading speed :faint:

This would definitely be one to be considered. First saw it in the Straits Times sometime last week and the picture that appeared in it was the car in lime green colour. Fell in love with it since. Besides, the price it offers is very realistic. But then again, its a Kia. :cheeky:

Yup, i saw it too....:thumb:

Good things dont come cheap & cheap thing dont come good
