just knew this from some lta officer. they dun give out log card anymore. everything is online and when transfer ownership they just give u two A4 paper stating the bike details and new owner info.

Hi, got a noob question here. If i get a second hand bike from a private seller. Is it necessary for me to obtain a log card from him? What if the fella lost the log card? Is it still ok to purchase the bike from him?
