Well I'll make sure we will have a cult here...!!! Getting my bike today... Wow...!!! My new paint job will only be done in two weeks time when I go in for my reservice for a week then can leave bike @ bike shop...!!! Either Ferrari red or Apple candy red...!!! Will see wat can i do to make it better...!!! Thinking of changing the headlight to the Suzuki GSR 600 kind...!!! Nice...!!! :smile: :thumb:

dunno gsr600 headlight'll fit in boh, i actually preferred spec3's clear lamp. but dunno will fit boh and costs ard $300 eh... gsr dunno same size boh and dunno how much... :faint:

the way the headlight brackets is mounted to the speedo clip & to the headlights looked integrated to me... but someone did mounted a ufo style scramber headlight on a planet... looks evil hehe... well do let me noe asap can? koz i wan the spec3 lamp but dunno can fit in or not... heheh...

is 6pm @ marina south. makan, slack abit then movies....

After riding the Planet for two days...

 

- Very good handling...

- fast indeed

- very high rev bike

- drink petrol..(gd performance=high maiintaince/ high petrol)

Nice bike to have... nice outlook :thumb:

After much thinking... paint job must still go on but decided not to change my pipe coz they have already empty the whole system...!!! If change arrow pipe then must jet again must change carbartor...!!! $$$$ :giddy: Instead will do a nice carbon wap to it... must find nice cheap lobang where to do it... :smile:

my planet's hit ard 140km/h tops on my digital meter, picks up okie(main jet still lean), got ard 16km/liter of fuel, actually if tried to keep the valve closed when cruising, can hit 17+km/liter!

 

after installing a shift light, then noe my bike can oni rev till ard 11k rpm be4 over revved liao, i think most 2b bikes can hit 13k rpm unrestricted wor... :sian:

 

change arrow pipe, got some advantages la... gives u a more sporty look and alot lighter in weight. stock pipe's nice too, retro looking but blardy heavy! and it's more corrosion resistance compared to the arrow...mine rust like siao in juz a week brand new! but i prefer the stock pipe's sounds... more bassy & low, compared to arrow's screeching high pitch! :faint:

 

change pipe no need change carb bro... maybe juz need to rejet abit nia. bigger carbs are not really dat useful on stock engines bro... u juz need to jet the rite jettings for ur stock carb can liao! :smile: then u can smoke mitos liao... hahah... :cheeky:

dun do carbon wrap bro... wait spoilt the retro chrome look of the fat pipe eh... haha...

Ha ha u know wat...!!! Found a 2nd hand carborn exhaust end can only.. Went to West Coast shop to settle my TW thingy then ask him got lobang for arrow pipe then he said no... then he look through his stotre rm... very messy and super dusty... then he manage to search out an old exhaust... copndition very good but of coz super dusty.... :giddy: he said should be for Mito if he's not wrong and he said can put for my bike... he will decarbon for me then sell me cheap cheap of coz I will bargain for sure.... :thumb: Although its not legal but can try to take the risk... :smile: Pls feel free to call me @ 90710855 for outings or makan or just coffee session... just broke up with my girl... :weep: :faint: well long story.... so now super free...

goody for u bro!

but few things to take note on ur mito exhaust....

u muz get the full system- the pipe+endcan. most prob the mito endcan wun fit on planet's stock pipe.

mito's & planet's exhaust are diff, being the angle which the endcan is tilted up & extended back. i've seen planets on the net wit mito's exhaust, being mounted higher(planet's mounted lower)so the passenger peds cant extend.

and the endcan clip wun secure properly on mito exhaust. not forgetting a $500 fine on illegal pipes/modded pipes, in which including derestriction.

older mito's stock endcan is made of carbon fiber liao and is rumored dat the stock aprilia's & mito's exhaust system are made by arrow! haha... :lovestruck:

u know wat...!! The exhaust can't fit... Hiaz...!!!! :giddy: Must do some welding then fit... Well anyway I'm going for my reservice for a week on Monday so will leave bike at shop for spray & at the same time fix the end can on then jet for me as well......!!!! :thumb:

bro it's not worth the mod.... if kanna stopped by tp dats it liao. and there's no 1st time warning! it's already considered illegal modification to the exhaust system.

even if welding's been done, there'll be problems of mounting the endcan to the hanger too. think carefully bro....

Well thats true... but I seldome ride... I only go to wk then back sometimes orchard... When I always go clubing I don't ride coz cant enjoy... so will see how then... prob will go ahead with project unless too expensive to fit... see how lor... :smile:

Ha ha guess wat the shop agree to borrow me the exhaust to use first as he said he also never use and sell and its lying in the shop for years.... :cheeky: so anytime free then pass him the money or... Now must find which shop can mount it..!!! Perhaps will ask the shop where I bought my bike @ the same time spray my bike... reservice for a week on Monday so will leave my bike at the shop and my bike project will soon be done...!!! :cheers:

Whole bike plus frame.... considered quite ok... price ranging for paintjob without frame is abt $350++/- so plus frame $100/- quite ok... by the way I just bought a planet.. quite new here... hope to meet u guys for outing soon...

Wa... Gd luck for ur T.P... I took mine twice... but the key to passing stay calm and cool... :thumb: Two more months for my 2a... but will still keep my planet and prefer to get a Class 2 bike instead... more option and choices... Ducati Monster 900 is my favourate... Dry clutch naked style... nice :thumb: :thumb:
