Who's into Excel VBA programming?

I've been doing this for awhile, self-taught mostly. As i progress, more and more advance VBA i am stuck, did like to start a thread to share tips to overcome all these stuck problems, usually another code that i am unaware of, or different forming of the codes to make it work.

 

Anybody have a dropdown list VBA code that list the worksheets, and that i can select and jump straight to that worksheet?
