Pillion without a helmet...

I've seen someone driving with a pillion without helmet. Is this Legal or if its not how can they be caught? I mean when TP saw them or Camera? Is there a Fine? what will be the punishment

it's illegal. camera cant catch them. most likely TP have to do the job.

just curious..why is it that our turban wearing friends are exempted from wearing a helmet? hmm..even TP wearing a turban dosent have to wear a helmet..

erm because there is no helmet manufacturer selling TURBAN helmets? Lets be sensitive to their religion. After all we are a tolerant society.

sometime they ride or pillion w/o helmets becos they think its just a 5min ride so heckcare..but who noes rite.. if kana tp i say is lucky cos if kana accident den gud luck alr.

I think both of them juz came back from Thailand....There, oni rider wear helmet, pillion dun need....:cheeky:

the worst fine is probably the rider crying and scrapping his/her pillion's face off the tarmac.

i was following behind a S4 on SLE sometime back on a sun nite ard 9pm

 

somehow i notice the pillion helmet look out of place, when i overtook him

 

the pillion actually have a WHITE T SHIRT wrap ard his head, leaving his eyes exposed only

 

"full face" i guess
