Red light

I was to turn left on to go into arab street, where there is a red light camera at the junction of Victoria street and arab street.

 

was going at the normal speed, was on extreme lane(where can turn left or go straight) and was green. Then on 2 lanes beside me was a big bike(not sure of cc) just 1 bike infront of me, then came the flash.

 

then i blur liao then i turn straight and another flash.

 

What was ironic was that i never passed the white line then there was flash, after i passed the flash came and it was still green.

 

so wana ask would i kana anything??

 

must wait 2 week for the letter?

when would they update @ eddies??

Maybe flash from different source?(e.g car lights)

I think you should not think too much about it cos you know your not at fault.

Furthermore there are vehicles still traveling behind you.

 

Btw, I wanna ask cos I don't really get what you mean by

the cars was abit far behind then me.

so when it was shooting there was me and another bike beside.

i turned back and saw that the flash was from the red light camera. i was suppose to turn left, but after seeing the light and i panicked then went staright...

Hey. As long the traffic light has not changed to amber, you are safe from the red light camera. Even when you have passed from the stop line at amber, you also will be safe.

 

The only time you can get caught is passing the stop line with a red light. That's a red light camera.

actually if its amber when u cross the white line u r still safe...as long as not red

As at 19/11/2009 there is no outstanding compoundable offence against the vehicle.

 

exactly passed 2 weeks.

so any chances that the letter will come???
