Your screen came with horizontal black lines?

 

Try resetting the ipod (toggle the Lock switch on then off again, and press the "Menu" and Center buttons for 8 seconds)

Best effort troubleshooting - try to leave it off for 1 day.

Let the internal components cool down. Then, turn it on again.

 

At least we're still trying and keeping our fingers crossed!

thats the only way to hard reset your ipod model.

try holding down menu and the click wheel for longer than 20 seconds

 

 

if still cannot, hope your device is covered by applecare.

thats the problem. my ipod no longer conver then the careplan.... confirm super ex.
