Guys, I am using NTUC Income Insurance. Got into a minor accident today which was my fault leaving the other partys car with scratches and skid marks. The other party got back to me with a quotation of about 1k for repair, which I dont have at the moment so he is claiming my insurance. My question is,

1. Do I need to call NTUC Income to let them know?

2. Do I need to bring my vehicle to IDAC to make a report? (I am not claiming my insurance, the other party is claiming me only)

3. Irrelevant question, how do I appeal a TP traffic offence? Do I need to go down TP HQ?

Thanks for all help rendered..

1 - yes u need to let them know.. rule is within 24hour.

2 - since u not claiming i not too sure, juz call ntuc up and ask them this too ? but i think u need go idac to write a report. so its like report against report for insurer to dispute.

3 - if 3rd party claim, wont involve tp, unless maybe tp came. but dun think so since u nv stated. claiming dispute in ur case most likely is done by insurer based on ur statment on the above point 2.
