there is snake inside ur bike?

ok, to start with, u r riding which model of cbr? cbr125? cbr150? cbr400? cbr600? cbr1000?

also, hissing sound came out from where? radiator? headers? engine block?

other than hissing sound, is there anything visible like smoke or water leaking?

and also, did the coolant in your radiator or spare reservoir tank(under ur seat) becomes lesser in volume?

How old is the bike?

The liquid cooling system on the bike works on a pressurised system. When the coolant gets heated up, it expands and builds up pressure in the hoses and the radiator. When pressure is increased, the boiling point is raised..this prevents the coolant from boiling so that it can transfer heat away from the engine to the radiator.

There is a leak somewhere, that is the hissing sound you are hearing... its allowing the pressurised coolant or air space to leak out... you need to trace it down. It can be from a loose hose clamp, a punctured radiator hose or punctured radiator core.

When you turned on the fan, the coolant is cooled down and will contract and the pressure within the cooling system is reduced thats why the hissing stops.

You can change the coolant 1000 times... you have still not solved the leak.

Hoses are not that expensive but the radiator is going to cost a quite a bit... depending on what kind of bike you are riding... you said CBR... CBR150 or CBR1000???
