Sportster Exhaust / Mufflers

Hi All

 

I just got my 2009 Nightster and am on SE mufflers now. I want to change to something that is louder, but not overly loud.

 

Looking at Vance and Hines muffler vs BUD full exhaust (I reckon it is LOUD). Any advice?

I have a 1980 Sportster and looking for exhaust pipes that are not drag pipes. Looking for something that's not so loud. Seems when I do a search it comes up with drag pipes. I went on the Vance & Hines site and could not find any. Would baffles be an option for drag pipes? Any recommendations are appreciated.

I'm riding an 09' sportster as well. Looking for a good low tone bassy pipes. Any recommendations anyone? Issit better to get from shops? Sorry I'm a noob in HD...
