ncd discount enquiring pls help

hi guys out there, my yamaha 125z 3rdparty insurance with ntuc going expire on 27th jan. Upon renewal they qouted me 810. I had a accident on nov 08, so which means from nov 08 to nov 09 I had 1 year claim free year. So upon this renewal on 27th 2010 do I have the 10% ncd?

 

I already called axa for lower price qoution theyqouted me 675, but they ask me if I have ncd so they can discount.

28th jan 08 - 27 jan 09 (some where here u got accident)

28th jan 09 - 27 jan 10 ( 1 year free driving record)

 

so on the next coming insurence u should get 10% ncd
