Hi guys ,

Gonna need your help in these , i have a leaking radiator the size of a pinhole. Ive tried using epoxy for steel apparently its not doing a good job , water seems to sip thru epoxy still..

I have tried googling for answer , some said peppers/egg whites , to J-B cold weld and Bars leak Stop Radiator coolant...these things however are not available here..

Any guys tried these before , even better if i can get alternate solutions or shops that can weld the small hole. I know in the long run i still need to change the radiator but for the time being im really hoping to get some temporary solution...

Thanks in advance guys!!!

u can take out the radiator for welding but if it is due to corrosion, then it may be a bigger hole since the area around it is also quite thin already.

My ST11 had the radiator welded few days back, now got a tiny leak behind the area where they welded. Now gonna try using the Stop leak from Blue Coral to see if it helps before I spend the money to replace the radiator.

No problem. :)

Updates for the Blue coral Stop leak: It works. :thumb:

It was probably a tiny crack from the looks of it anyway.

Alternatively you can actually get ur shop to remove the radiator for you and send it to this shop below, they weld/mend holes and such on radiator and if it's not possible to mend back, they will let u know..Done in a day or 2..Did send my k4 600 rad last time to have it fixed, cost around $15..They can fabricate S4 rad as well... :D
