Questions regarding roadtax and insurance renewal

My roadtax will expire on march while my insurance will be on june

how do I renew my roadtax in this kind of situation?

And also, do I still have to go thru inspection as me bike has been inspected last sept

Ask your insurance company to align your insurance with ur rd tax renewal date, normally they will do a extension of your insurance for a few mths, in your case until sep..after that next time you can do your rd tax and insurance renewal at the same time..

For this time you do not need to go for inspection. As in your case, inspection will be everytme you renew your roadtax for the Sept to Mar period.

 

Also you need to have a valid insurance for the period of roadtax.

A few things you can do

 

1. To buy insurance to cover the current renewal period (extend insurance to sept)

 

2. To buy a new policy from June to Sept 2011.

 

3. Sell of your bike before insurance and road tax expires..hahhahaha
