Hi all , can anyone help me ? Would like to know if my bike Under ntuc got claim as my sub-rider bump into a car , will it affect my car insurance premium under axa ?

Legally yes it will affect your car ncd from other insurance company. You need to declare that to your agent.

Not true. There's nothing legally about affecting your other NCD. Instead under the NCD framework, each NCD is separate for each vehicle.

 

Turning to TS question: It's up to the insurer to increase the premium on your other vehicles' renewal premiums (or not) after you have made a declaration under the claims section.
