Guys, seeking help of all lao jiao bikers!!

 

Recently bought a CBR 400, its a R model, at first i got it, very smooth and powerful, got yoshi end can plus hurricane header..

 

however after i ride it for 2 weeks, the header(extractor) cracked and split into two, lucky i was at low speed.. about 50kmh when it happened, in the end had to weld back the header(extractor).

 

After welding back the header, my bike is never the same ever again, it is SLOW, not responsive, the RPM 4 to 7 time like wanto die lidat, and the whole bike jus no power.

 

Recently, i was at gear 1.. whack up to RPM 5 the bikelike wanto die, so i FULL the throttle.. skarly the bike JERKED at RPM 8 lidat,

 

Guys really appreciate some experienced biker that rides CBR 400 can help, any kind of advise is good....

Check the welding. See if there is any leak. Or you can try to borrow/find another header to fit on and try. If everything okay, must be something wrong with the weld.

Dude, try posting in the 'Babyblade' thread, lots of cbr 400 riders there I'm sure someone can help u. My advice, go to a trusted workshop that deals a lot with the cbr400, there could be a host of things wrong that we can't pin point on a forum. The problem could be with your header, carb, cdi, engine etc...

I used to be a car person. Then one day, I woke up and became a biker.

change a header and go for a tunning ~
