That is worse then kana caught using illegal pipe.

Pipes are only legal once they pair the pipe to the bike and owner.

 

Ohh ya pipes may be legal on paper. But if not in LTA's book, will consider not legal.

 

This is what they require anyway

 

"a) Certification from the product manufacturer stating that the proposed aftermarket exhaust system is suitable for the make and model of the vehicle.

b) Certifications or test reports from LTA/NEA recognised test laboratories to show that the aftermarket exhaust system when fitted to the vehicle on a per make and model basis complied with prevailing exhaust emission standards."

Very sure... My friend went in for 17mth for that case.

 

Same for those who mod the legal pipe to illegal.

As the Document is no longer valid once you mod the legal pipe.

Deceiving public servant is quite sever....
