for easy to work, naked your bike, ½ naked is good enough.

TIPS:

lift up with car jack, prevent the EO leak from clutch cover.

i nv change the EO for the whole process.

Kanan=almost brand new, but used

All the other steps are easy...hard part his scraping ths gasket..I've done several diesel engine rebuilts and still i hate the process of scraping old gaskets...:cheeky:

must see wat is the degree of the coil being burnt..

slight burn will still have AC output..

check with you.. after ur coil burnt.. it has totally no output or weaker output?

 

mine kena is very weak output.

AC output tested is average(3 point) around 1.5-2.0V(should be 50V+-)
