Since now the latest COE down nearly 500 bucks, is it possible that i go to a bikeshop n "buy" a bike, everything calculated as of the current COE then BOOK the bike which means, ard that range of price given, i will trade in my current bike for the new bike in 2 months time...

 

Or can i neg the price of the new bike im going to buy then i pay deposit then take the bike in Feb?

the coe can be keep for up to 6mths .before u register it.
