My fren recently get caught for inconsiderate driving.. He's a P-Plate.. But now with 3 points left.. So, Next yr he will get back the 9 points or Full points? Thank!!! :bow:

he will only get his full 24point 1yr after his offence.

 

but after 1yr of his licence i think he will have 12+3 = 15points. the remainder 9point is like what i said above. that is what i understand. correct me if i am wrong. =)
