If you wish to refund your NETS CashCard, you may do so at:

• Any Automated Teller Machine (ATM) of DBS/POSB, OCBC and UOB for an immediate refund.

• NETS office at 298 Tiong Bahru Road, #04-01/06, Central Plaza (beside Tiong Bahru Plaza) during office hours.

Mondays to Fridays: 9am – 5pm

Saturdays: 9am – 12pm

Please note:

1. Refunds for some organization specific NETS CashCards cannot be obtained at the ATMs. Please refer to the respective organizations on the necessary arrangements.

2. You can still get a refund on your cashcard 2 years after the card has expired. However, if you are still holding the card in the 8th year, the S$2 deposit and a $1 service charge will be deducted from the NETS CashCard every month until the balance is depleted.
