New to dirt bikes

Hi all,

 

I've been ridin for abt 4 yrs. Plannin to switch to dirt bikes soon. Hopefully can sell off my super 4. hahaha...

 

Anyway, im plannin to buy a wr200 from an owner instead of bike shops. any advice on wat i shd look out for when viewin the bike? are trailing bikes less reliable than none-trailing bikes?

 

So far most of the bikes i've seen on forums are FM-FP plates. All goin for abt 2-2.8k.

if u have any experience dirtbike rider... ask them to follow u to test the bike.. i'm sure they can tell u hows the condition...

tats the prob. none of my frenz ride dirt bikes. haha...

 

i guess its basically similiar to viewin other bikes, like fork seal, engine sound, suspension etc.

 

was wonderin if there're other stuff that i shd look out for that are unique to dirt bikes?
