Qn abt installment for bike shop

to all bikers here.. i wanted to buy a bike from someone. but having some cash-flow problems and i dunhave a license(which i will be getting soon). but wan to know if im able to get a loan from a bike shop which is like doing a coi. thx

advise is wait till you been awarded the official driving license. Else you can try finance institution like GE money. Best of luck.
