immobiliser not blinking

hi i'm on a stock cdi but my immobilizer isn't working i don't have the red ket though only the black key. can i simply go to the key shop next to ahboy & have him programme it for me?? cockpit has no blinking light whatsoever.

I don't think you can make any key with the original master key.. It might be the CDI problem, is better to get it check. If you need more info, you may call me, I will try my best to answer you,
