hi.. i jus got into an accident on friday night..and i ask the driver to claim my insurance..so do i still have to go idac??

Accident On Friday Then Sat & Sun Idac Not Open So Must Report By The Next Working Day Which Is Tomorrow, Monday. Go Tomorrow Early In The Morning.

Better go IDAC, report to your insurance, find out where this driver repairs his vehicle..sometimes (sorry to say but it happened to me b4) this drivers will 'play your backside'.
