Accident claim need help

Hi Guys,i meet an accident last week with a car.At X-junction,i going straight and the car suddenly turn then hit by face to face,all report has been done.

I let my bikeshop to handle It,I also ask the shop help me claim the injury and medical bill.Izzit the bikeshop will help me employ a lawyer to make the injury+medical claim?

You are in favour so long as you are going straight in the right of way unless there's the right green arrow.

 

The shop would most likely employ a 'buddy' to settle the admin etc for you.

Ic...i asked the bikeshop wat is the claim amount yesterday,but the bikeshop told donoe yet still need to wait....izzit waiting the lawyer side or...?The bikeshop say will settle everything for me (inlcuding lawyer fee etc...)but they will charge 10% wat i get....

Its best to ask the lawyer about it. Ask the bikeshop for the person they engaged. Be warned, the battle will be a long one unless you want to settle quickly. My legal battle took 3 years to complete.

Arrange to speak to the lawyer representing you fast and get briefed. That will answer all your questions for the moment.
