Starhub Mobile Broadband

Hi,

 

I've got this Starhub mobile broadband and i'm using the huawei e270 dongle. Initially when i subscribed to this service, i was able to get the WCDMA signal and connect at 7.2 Mbps but now i can't get any 3G signals, it can only detect 2G signals (GPRS) and connects at 53.6Kbps. Anyone else has the same problem and was able to solve it? Going through the Starhub Cust Svc doent really help at all...

is common to get lower speed

i understand that sometimes you get slower speeds but it should not be happening all the time......i used to be able to get high speeds most of the time but now i get low speeds all the time...that can't be correct, tried connecting at different locations and it's still getting slow speeds...suspect might be problem with the dongle.....it's unable to detect any 3G signals....

u mean broadband on mobile? i also got. mine is singtel though. the speed is forever ......
