BIKE SOLD. Thanks. Hi guys, I am putting up my Mint condition, Black Tiger 800 ABS for sale. Its 13 month old and have 10,700 km on the clock. Please, if you have any close buddies interested, ask them to call me on 81282132 ( Wj Teh ). bike is fully accessorised ie its fully kitted up. E Scottoiler and Gps will be included. Nice number. Selling close to dealer's price instead of market price. Reason for selling....I am upgrading to a bigger bike. Thanks and certainly will give a small commision if introduction results in a sale. hi tiger riders,

im changing to a adventure tourer and is looking at tiger 800. would like to seek advice from u guys on the maintenance of the bike. are the parts readily available? do i have to go back to MAH motor all the time for the parts for is there other bike shop selling triumph parts??

and for the same parts, does it cost alot more than any japanese adventure tourer like the vstrom?

i like the triumph, but the cost of maintenance is a major concern since its a conti bike.

Pls help!! thanks in advance.

Hi,

I was interest on this bike, did try sit on it but found it was too tall for me.

Anyone of you had changed to the low seat 790mm?

I believe e OEM lowered seat is about 20mm lower than e stock. If u weigh more than 80kg then prolly u stand a chance to tip-toe comfortably(cos e stock rear shock is also firm out of e factory).1 of e guys in here had e Mick's lowering link installed.U prolly wana get in touch with him and enquire. We'll try our best to help whenever we can. Cheers!

It is a good deal for a class 2 nowadays.

With its good fuel consumption n comfort handling. Why not.

So far I've not regret in getting my roadie.

xc is sharing hte same engine set up as the roadie, so the fc rightfully will be the same. maybe u plus minus abit aero dynamic difference lo.
