Hey guys,

I have a piece of plastic (polyurethane resin) that I want to get chromed, I've called quite a few shops but all of them only chrome metals. Does anyone know of a shop that is able to chrome plastics?

Would really appreciate your help, thanks!

it will juz crack off because plastic will expand and contract due to heat,so make no sense to chrome it

I tried to drill those cheap looking "chromed plastic" side/underseat covers on the Phantom but it was very hard to get the drillbit through. It did feel like authentic chrome although the weight and interior appearance is obviously plastic.

The part is slightly flexible and appears to retain its mirror finish far longer (without polishing) than my actual chrome parts (albeit Made in Geylang standard ones).
