haha.. tat ah beng driver die die dun want to compensate me. still can talk loud say he can cross over double white line anytime nth wrong. i think he's 1 of those tat passed their theory test by ti kham-ing. i got my own company's insurace to settle it wif the driver. then after the driver know from his own insurance tat his case is a sure lose case, they keep calling me so tat we can settle privately. but my company insurance agent say dun give in, let tis type of arrogant driver suffer a bit then he learn his lesson. haha.. :cheeky:

 

sent his insurance company a lawyer's letter stating that we are asking for $3k+ of compensation. due to i'm using my own bike for transport and work use, tat's y i'm able to ask for so much. if not won't be tat much liao. haha.. :sweat:

i'm not against all drivers, but we really shouldn't give car drivers who don't give a fck about riders a chance.

dun worry man guys, abt the claiming, i sure claim him till jialat jialat. my insurance agent had even sent a letter to tp regarding tis case. cos he wanna tat driver to kena summon. lolz..
