Good day bikers,...well its time for me to give the feedback how does this shop organise & service your bike. Im here is to share my feedback to all the riders out there, so they know & give their bike a chance to do service at this workshop with out any doubt.. My past post have some negative in some bikeshop that i have been. 1stly i want to said that im not a writer or critic in bike industry. Im just believe we should get better service what we paid for the service..

 

To make story short,.. i send my bike to raceworks last Oct 2010..Send there to do overhaul. Its a 11yrs old years bike. Half way rebuilding it, they informed me there is small technical issue on the bike but informed me not to worry & they will solve the problem & assured me their 101% commitment rebuilding the bike...a few month goes by & bike is near ready..

Well engine is clean as hell(this what i called a superb overhaul), no single dirt on the engine..This amazed me as what i know most of the bikeshop here will not even clean your outer engine..What made me happy is that, they build it with perfection for road worthy.

 

Well i gave them :

 

Workmanship: 25%

Enviroment : 25%

Cleaness : 25%

Friendly :25%

 

Total is 100%.

 

Overall this shop is a 6 star rating...

 

I believe they are really commit for their customer request..

I would like to say tks to Henry, Dheraj & another mechanic(sorry never get his name)..

Hope they will succed the best workshop in Singapore.
