Round Thailand Ride Dec 2006

Dear all

 

Finally, I back to Singapore. Back to where I go. Back to where I belong to...

 

Half months trip, really enjoyable, fun, with lot of memorable section, people, and we meet lot of different people.

 

Although we didn’t manage to enter Lao, but we gain lot of valuable experience, meet lot of nice people.

 

From this trip, I clock about 5270 mile, but Lun clock 8200km, and long clock about 8400km. Huh, maybe different made of machine bit off set ba…

1st time stuck in the middle of the custom while no official there understanding what we talking about, or not fully understanding what we want. Luckily we meet some people there, helpful people should say…

 

1st camping bike trip with Raymond group, really the 1st time bike camping, nothing was prepare, really cool at night.

 

1st time for us to fly Chinese lan teng ‘Kong Ming Teng’. We did it at Nan, northern part of thai, while they have a festival over there. They even teach us how to do it, really a nice people over there.

1st time encounter Road closed, while we riding at night, on the way from Mae Sai to Chiang Mai. Taking R107, road closed due to land slide, and we didn’t know which parts of the road affected. Just ride as usual, out of sudden, saw lun bike cover by mist, not mist actually, is sand. Then no more roads in front, luckily we all ok…
