Hi, can enlighten me what's a PC3 and what's the purpose of fitting a PC3??

 

I have already "booked" a 2nd-hand Aug '05 FJR, should be collecting it next year Feb, so would like to learn more about this tourer... :smile:

Power commander is the fuel injection adjustment unit that plugs inline with the bike stock ECU. Changes can be made to the bikes fuel and ignition curves via the PC's onboard microprocessor. It is able to offer a large area of adjustment without making any permanent changes to the bikes' ECU. Usually the bike came from factory with a richer mapping. PC irons out the air/fuel ratio via dyno run to perfect out the fueling to the bike. This in turn enhanced the bike's performance without compromising the power. Meaning you'll have smoother ride, bike feels with better punch, better fuel comsumption and not forgetting there will be some hp/torque increase.
