Buyer No License

if i want to sell off my bike, but the buyer does not have license yet, can i still sell?

 

anyone can enlighten me?

It is still possible to sell except that in this case, either you lay up the bike and sell it to the buyer (Simplest way), or ask the buyer to buy an insurance to cover the Road Tax and do the transfer, however the buyer will be placed as NOT RIDING in the insurance. If the buyer is not due to receive his licence soon, the first way will be cheaper for the buyer.

no nid rd tax,insurance. so = park on ur own risk

 

but if e buyer has gotten e lic n wan to make it on rd,nid to do 1 inspection 1st
