speeding on nicoll highway

Hi all,

 

i just received a $150 fine and 6 demerit points for exceeding speed limit of 70km/h (by 21-30km/h) on nicoll highway. i am a first time offender -- i have been travelling on nicoll highway for the past 4 years and i never knew the speed limit is only 70km/h.

 

can i write an appeal and will it be successful?

is it nicoll highway entering KPE?or on nicoll highway bridge itself?

I got the same fine as yours. No use appealing. There's a sign 70km/h along that road... cannot fight one...

there is a sign on nicoll highway? omg i must be blind, i havent seen it before. wahlau, 4 years i have been travelling that road almost everyday, everytime i go at around 90km/h be it im riding or driving. now some stupid spycam fine me $150 and 6 demerit point. wtf.

ignorance is not a good excuse, suggest u find a better excuse or just beg for lenency. if u have good records, they usually go easy on u.
