help on maintance

Hello all the experienced out there. I would like to ask what are the normal and common maintance that we have to do for our bike beside changing the oil and spark plug. i heard of sth about air filter or carburettor. however i do not know about it. can anyone shed some light into this?

air filter have to change at recommended intervals, if using K&N then have to wash and re-oil. carbs may have to balance once a year. brake fluid and fork oil change once in 2 years. clutch cable have to lube lor, maybe every 10,000km. usual are oiling chain. all the important nuts and screws should also check and torque it to be safe. some bikes steering bearing also need to grease one. oh ya coolant also need to change once every 2 years.
